In our endeavor to make Bangalore Bio a true business event, special efforts are being made to attract business visitors to the exhibition with a multi-pronged approach. Each Exhibitor will be given sufficient number of Business Visitor Passes. Exhibitors would use these passes to invite their Clients, Associates and other Stakeholders to visit the expo.
Business Visitor passes will be mailed to an extensive Database of over 20,000 along with Web promotion.
Provision for Free Business Visitor Registrations and passes will be made online.
Media Campaign
Our Media campaign is comprehensive with tie ups with all major Biotech publications carrying periodic advertisements so that everyone in the Biotech fraternity is fully aware about Bangalore Bio 2013. Advertisements are also planned in major business dailies to extensively promote the tradeshow.
Conference Delegates
Delegates at the Conference form the core audience at the Tradeshow. Every effort is being made to ensure their visit to the Exhibition like Networking Coffee breaks @ Exhibition Halls.
We have planned 5 one-hour simultaneous coffee breaks in all the exhibition halls. During the 3 days of the event. This will create ample opportunity for the conference delegates to network with the exhibitors.
These efforts would ensure the visits of business delegates to the exhibition creating a Business Bridge to facilitate interactions between exhibitors and delegates.
